NMS has so far provided skill based training to 2500 youths in the field of construction, telecom, IT and ITeS. Placement and employment of these skilled candidates was the basic aim of Skill India Mission. As a result, the company started its own Payroll Management Services and outsourced these candidates to various companies in their respective fields. At present, the company has more than 1500 employees on its payroll which are outsourced to various companies.
